These terms describe the conditions for using the TV Series Track app and website, operated by Vanguard Studio.

Scope and acceptance
By using the TV Series Track website or app, you agree to these terms and to use the product lawfully. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The product
TV Series Track is an organization tool for TV shows, movies, episodes, premieres, reminders, and personal watch progress. It does not stream, host, or provide access to movies or episodes.
Your license
Subject to these terms, Vanguard Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app.
Content and third-party services
Title metadata, artwork, ratings, links, and availability may come from third-party services and can change or contain errors. Their names, marks, and content belong to their respective owners and remain subject to their terms.
Purchases and access
Any trial or Lifetime unlock is processed by Apple through the App Store. Pricing, availability, restoration, and refunds are governed by Apple’s terms and policies. Vanguard Studio does not receive your full payment-card details.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the product useful, but features, integrations, content sources, and availability may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We may update these terms when the product or applicable requirements change.
Intellectual property
The app, website, interface, copy, design system, and original media are owned by Vanguard Studio or its licensors. These terms grant a right to use the product; they do not transfer ownership or other intellectual-property rights.
Disclaimers and responsibility
The product is provided as available for personal organization. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete metadata, or that the product will meet every need. You are responsible for your device, backups, exports, and decisions made using the app.
